News12: Bronx high school students meet with engineering nonprofit in special lab day

Engineering Tomorrow works with high school students across the country to help them pursue engineering careers.

On May 22, Engineering Tomorrow visited Archimedes Academy for Math, Science and Technology Applications in The Bronx for an exciting lab day focused on infrastructure engineering concepts.

During the lab led by Gerald Dawes, Staff Engineer at Engineering Tomorrow and a former director at Con Edison Company of New York, students had the opportunity to design their own bridges and learn about engineering career paths.
