Recruiting Middle and High School Students into STEM and Manufacturing Careers

Engineering Tomorrow Director of Operations Megan Barrett was recently featured on an IndustryWeek-hosted roundtable to discuss how Engineering Tomorrow is inspiring a diverse body of high schoolers throughout the nation to pursue engineering and how the organization has grown exponentially to meet increasing demand from teachers and schools. As Megan notes, in the 2023-2024 academic year, Engineering Tomorrow reached over 572,000 students across the country with programming designed by and taught by engineers.
