Dr. Jen Gagne is the Executive Director of Admissions at Colorado School of Mines, leading strategic enrollment initiatives that have expanded access and increased applications. With over 20 years in higher education, she is passionate about equity, student success, and creating thriving pathways for historically underserved and LGBTQIA+ students.
Victoria Johnson (who goes by Tori Tomiczek) is an Associate Professor of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering at the U.S. Naval Academy whose research focuses on coastal engineering and resilience. She studies how nature-based infrastructure, such as mangroves, can reduce wave impacts and flood damage.
Captain Monica A. Eckford, a U.S. Army officer and West Point graduate, is a former Division I Women’s Volleyball Team captain and founder of the “More Than An Athlete” leadership initiative. She now serves as Southeast Outreach Officer for West Point Admissions, expanding access and opportunity for high-potential students.
John Marfield is the Executive Director of Admissions at the University of Utah, leading recruitment and application review for all undergraduate and graduate students. With over 16 years in admissions, including a decade at the University of Southern California, he brings a diverse background in higher education, public relations, and international recruitment.
